In 1951, when the "Ribs King" Ted Gregory and wife Matula, purchased McCabe's Inn," and subsequently rechristened it "The Montgomery Inn." they had no idea the restaurant was soon to become a world famous family restaurant company, with nightly lines of eager diners waiting sometimes hours to be seated.
The food is great, the wait staff is wonderful and of course, this place is all about ribs, the world's greatest. Slow-roasted, sweet ribs, our kitchen cooks on average 250 twenty-five pound cases of ribs per day, and the meat literally falls off the bone. Get a full-order of ribs and some Saratoga chips and you'll share an experience with family and friends.
